Zamil Steel Vietnam-Dong Nai Manufacturing Facility (Amata IP, Dong Nai Province)
Zamil Steel Vietnam's second factory in Vietnam is located in Amata Industrial Park, Bien Hoa City, Dong Nai Province, Vietnam (an hour from Ho Chi Minh city)
State-of-the-art welding, shearing and other machinery has been installed and the factory started production in the second quarter of 2008.
The Dong Nai factory has the capacity of producing 4,500 tons of Steel Buildings per month. In addition to the main frames line, Zamil Steel Vietnam has introduced Open Web Steel Joists and Structural Steel, to offer customers complete building solutions. These new products reflect the culture and core values of Zamil Steel, representing Knowledge, Efficiency, Innovation, and Reliability.
In total, Zamil Steel Vietnam’s capacity of manufacturing steel buildings has doubled, from 50,000 tons per year to 100,000 tons per with the new Dong Nai factory.
Zamil Steel Vietnam believes that this enhanced will be enough, in the short term, to cover the domestic Vietnamese market in addition to the export market, which includes Thailand, Japan, Singapore, Myanmar, Malaysia, Indonesia, Philippines, Cambodia, Laos, and other markets where Zamil Steel Vietnam operates through agents and distributors.
