Zamil Steel Vietnam-Hanoi Manufacturing Facility (Noi Bai IZ)
Zamil Steel Vietnam has state-of-the-art factories dedicated to fabricate and supply high quality Steel Buildings to all our valuable clients.
The factory is built with a 20,850m2 covered premises on a plot of 41,200m2 located in Noi bai Industrial Zone, Quang Tien Village, Soc Son District; Hanoi, Vietnam. (Next to Hanoi "Noi Bai International Airport").
Zamil Steel uses High Grade steel to 345 N/mm2 or Grade 50 plates and coils, to fabricate and supply the highest quality steel buildings, based on optimum design, all under one roof.
The manufacturing facility is equipped with the capacity to fabricate 170,000 m2 of buildings per month, which is equivalent to 5,000 tonnes of steel buildings.
Zamil Steel Vietnam has the ability to fabricate many jobs simultaneously.
All members and components of our buildings are engineered, fabricated, and stored in-house, ready to be shipped to the respective destination.
The Zamil Steel Vietnam fabrication process involves the usage and implementation of the following
- High quality welding, whereby all welders and welding operators are tested according to AWS D1.1 Ch. 4.18 Part C Performance Qualification by a 3rd Party, and are trained for a period of 6 months prior to the qualification test.
- A highly qualified team of professional supervisory staff armed with experience, skill, knowledge, creativity and dedication to ensure that the procedures and the processes of production are implemented to achieve planned results and the highest quality.
- Zamil Steel Quality Control (QC) inspectors ensure that the fabricated materials are in accordance with engineering design, manufacturing, international & local requirements. This forms part of the Company Quality Objective.
Zamil Steel Vietnam facilities have the latest state-of-the-art machinery, supplied and maintained by reputable companies such as Lincoln Electric, Bradbury, Haco, Koike and others. We utilize an in-house fabricated 16 turbine shot blasting machine, weldment turning fixture and a paint dipping line. This equipment enables us the opportunity to produce a top quality product within the scheduled delivery dates.
