Mr. Harold Kannangara is a graduate of University Sri Jayawardenepura, Sri Lanka with Bachelor of Business Administration. He is also the Associate Member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Sri Lanka and the Associate Member of the Society of Certified Management Accountants of Sri Lanka.
He has started his carrier in KPMG in 1994 and subsequently served several well reputed multinational companies in Sri Lanka in the field of accounting and finance. Prior to joining Zamil Steel Vietnam, he has worked for John Keels Holdings PLC which is one of the biggest conglomerates in Sri Lanka in the capacity of Finance Manager. Besides his experience in the sphere of accounting and finance, he has involved in two ERP implementation projects where he has led the core team for FI/CO modules in John Keels Holdings.
He has been in Zamil Steel Vietnam since January of 2007, working as the Finance Manager and also he is in charge of Zamil Steel Thailand Company on Accounting, Finance and Legal matters.
