Certified builders are independent contractors that play a key role in Zamil Steel (ZS) operations and are a major part of the ZS Network. They are appointed by ZS Head Office to operate in certain markets (Territories) and have the right to both sell and install ZS Products in those assigned markets.

ZS builders should have high level managers and site engineers with extensive experience in Zamil Steel products and services including the Pre Engineered Steel Buildings, Structural Steel, Open Web Steel Joists and the MaxSEAM Roofing System.

Certified builders are appointed for a minimum period of one calendar year, which is renewable subject to continued demonstration of good performance and high ethical standards.

Zamil Steel certification of a builder is conditional upon his continued adherence to Zamil Steel’s recommended erection practices, high sales achievements, in addition to the adherence to other relevant industry construction and ethical business practices.

Zamil Steel's Builder certification is valid for only a defined sales territory.
