This year, the summer trips were self-organized at department level providing a chance for ZSV’s staff members to relax, socialize and reinforce camaraderie. Most destinations were near Hanoi, but still provided beautiful scenery and entertaining recreation facilities.
“We went to Asean Resort and had a very happy time. The sunny weather allowed us to enjoy the river, green trees, swimming, grass skiing, good food and great friendship! At Zamil Steel Vietnam I feel like we are more like friends than workmates”, said Vu Hong Thuong, who has been working for more than 7 years at Zamil Steel Vietnam.
This annual summer activity is an event that everyone looks forward to, and has become an integral factor in maintaining the ZSV corporate culture. After each activity, staff members feel closer to the company, and feel motivated to give more effort to the - Zamil Steel Vietnam family.
