On the occasion of the 78th anniversary of the establishment of the Vietnam Trade Union, Hanoi Labor Federation gave out 160 awards to both groups and individuals. The winners were selected from different sectors of Vietnam’s economy that has made significant contribution in creating initiatives in the area of Industry, Education and Health.
Luc Minh Tuan – Sr. Foreman in Cold Form Section, an excellent Mechanical Engineer with more than 11 years of working experience in the pre-engineered steel building industry, has received the award for his initiative to improve the efficiency of the punching machine. Productivity of the punching machine increased by 30 % due to Mr. Tuan’s initiative.
“Besides recognizing the initiative, the award also encourages the labor force to be creative in order to increase the productivity and quality of the output. The younger generation is encouraged to build trademark “Made in Vietnam” products to improve the image of Vietnam goods in the international market”, said Hanoi Labor Federation Chairman Mr. Nguyen Tien Dinh.
