Zamil Steel Vietnam has state-of-the-art manufacturing facilities dedicated to fabricate (under one roof) high quality Steel Buildings to all our valuable clients.

The Hanoi manufacturing facilities and Head Office are built on a plot of 43,000m2 with a covered area of 24,000 m2 and is located in Noi bai Industrial Zone, Quang Tien Village, Soc Son District; Hanoi, Vietnam. (Near Hanoi "Noi Bai International Airport").

The manufacturing facility in Noi Bai, Hanoi is equipped with the capacity to fabricate 1 5,000 Tonnes of steel buildings per month.

Zamil Steel Vietnam has the ability to fabricate many jobs simultaneously. The stock inventory of raw materials is around 10,000 MT of Steel Plates and Coils.

All members and components of our buildings are engineered, fabricated, and stored in-house, ready to be shipped to the respective destination for both domestic and export markets.

The Zamil Steel Vietnam fabrication process involves the usage and implementation of the following:

•  High quality welding, whereby all welders and welding operators are tested according to AWS D1.1 Ch. 4.18 Part C Performance Qualification by a 3rd Party, and are trained for a period of 6 months prior to the qualification test.
  
  
• A highly qualified team of professional supervisory staff armed with outstanding experience, skill, knowledge, creativity and dedication to ensure that the procedures and the processes of production are implemented to achieve planned results and the highest quality.
  
  
• Zamil Steel Quality Control (QC) inspectors ensure that the fabricated materials are in accordance with stringent manufacturing requirements. Our Quality Control department has the best engineers, tools and facilities to conduct the quality policy of Zamil Steel in accordance with international standards and best practice.  
  

Zamil Steel Vietnam facilities have state-of-the-art machinery, supplied and maintained by reputable companies such as Lincoln Electric, Bradbury, Haco, Koike and others. We also utilize an in-house fabricated 16 turbine shot blasting machine, weld meant turning fixture and a paint dipping line. These equipments give us the opportunity to produce top quality products within the scheduled delivery dates.
