On-time reply to advise requests.<\/li>\n<li>Ability to read, understand &amp; apply major building codes, namely AISC, MBMA, AISI, ASCE 7 &amp; UBC as related to building loading and structural analysis.<\/li>\n<li>A sufficient Prepare Quote Estimates, Design Package, Final Estimate within the assigned schedule \/ standard Engg. cycle time.
