This warehouse utilizes 1600 metric tons of high-quality steel structure, a massive undertaking that demanded the highest levels of precision in design and fabrication. The entire site covers an area of 3 hectares and features a frame span of 196 meters, alongside a highly complex superstructure design. Furthermore, the structures have achieved LEED Gold certification. The key challenge—and success—of this project lay in its Irregular-shaped building footprint. Our expert engineering team had to meticulously design the structure to utilize maximum land area, ensuring no space was wasted despite the non-standard property boundaries.

To create the vast, unobstructed floor space essential for a modern logistics facility, a highly specialized structural solution was employed: the jack-beam. This feature was strategically utilized to eliminate interior columns across large spans, thereby maximizing operational efficiency, storage flexibility, and ease of material handling. Furthermore, a significant amount of engineering effort was dedicated to designing the building’s advanced drainage systems. Given the scale and irregular shape of the roof, ensuring proper water drainage required a carefully calculated and robust system to protect the stored assets and maintain the building’s integrity against local weather conditions. This attention to detail in critical supporting systems reinforces the overall quality and longevity of the structure. The completion of this 1,600 MT irregularly shaped warehouse stands as a definitive example of Zamil Steel’s technical expertise in solving complex structural and spatial challenges.
